These terms explain I’m This site creation and hosting, acceptable content, and each party’s responsibilities.
Using the service
You agree to use I’m This for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for content you submit, publish, or share through your site.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it to I’m This, you permit authorized team members to review and process it to create the requested site, and permit us to host and display the delivered site.
If optional automated generation becomes available, its limits and processing notice will be shown before use. Generated drafts must be reviewed by you for accuracy before publication.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, or infringing.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access accounts that are not yours.
- Do not misuse analytics or public visibility features in ways that violate privacy or law.
Privacy and cookies
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those pages explain the cookies, device storage, and analytics data we use to keep accounts working and measure traffic.
Trial, payment, and publication
The three-day trial starts when the first site is delivered or generated. A verified annual payment of the displayed price is required to keep it online afterward. A browser message or payment screenshot does not activate membership; activation occurs only after server-side verification.
Renewal and expiration
Subscriptions currently use a one-time annual payment and do not renew automatically. We may send an expiration reminder. If an unpaid trial or paid subscription expires, the public site may be paused while the private account data remains available according to our retention practices.
Refunds and payment errors
Contact support@imthis.site with the payment reference for duplicate or incorrect charges. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded. Other requests are reviewed according to the delivered service, usage, and applicable law.
User content and removal
You must have the right to publish every file, image, résumé, link, and statement you upload. We may pause or remove content used for phishing, malware, impersonation, infringement, unlawful activity, or abuse. Reports can be sent through the contact page. Deleting an account permanently removes its account data and associated hosted content, subject to limited records we must retain for security, payment, or legal obligations.
Service changes
We may improve, update, or change parts of the product over time. If a change materially affects your use of the service, we’ll aim to communicate it clearly.
